It's funny, Farebuzz didn't like my negative review and called me. I spoke with Mozart. I told him that I didn't like that heir error cost me money. He said he would check with his supervisor because he was new. I have never heard back. Typical poor customer service. Even if they weren't going to do anything. At least have the decency to call me when you said you would.

Rude, obnoxious, no common sense. Book at your peril

The service was excellent, I booked various flight tickets for my clients and the process was seamless. Customer service representatives are courteous and professional.

The team at Farebuzz is amazing. I had a serious issue with the way an airline treated one of the people for whom I book tickets. They went to the ends of the earth for me trying to make the situation right. And when the airline refused to acknowledge their culpability, they made it right themselves, even though they had zero obligation to do so. It is an honor and a pleasure doing business with a company in this industry that has such high ethical standards and such great customer service.

Got a good price, but the client didn’t want to have to pay more for business class seats. I ended up giving back $200 of my bonus because Fare Buzz got them a deal on the airline to buy seats at a discount.

I don’t like that I lost some of my very small bonus because of this issue.

I don’t often make reviews, but I’m compelled to do so because this wonderful agent, Dhruv Kumar Chakravarty has gone beyond his call of duty to help me out. He is consistent and diligent, super informative and polite. I could have never accomplished my itinerary without him. If every company had hard working people like him, we would never have a problem getting things done!!

While Fare Buzz doesn’t have an Academy or a university online for travel agents… In terms of the webinars that they conduct through InteleTravel, it’s very very very helpful.

I worked with Clinton on 19 bookings and had a very good experience. He was responsive and helpful the whole time. I am a new travel agent and he helped me understand the process and i appreciate it.

I've been emailing like crazy and not one has be answered, I sent to several different fare buzz emails. And when phoning in they keep hanging up on me after being on hold for a long time.

Clinton was patient with me and made me comfortable booking my first flight for my client with FareBuzz. I would give him a gift card. Really appreciate the support that Farebuzz provides. Thank you all.
